This website is provided for general informational purposes about CASS Primary Care, LLC and the virtual services we offer. Content on this site, including descriptions of services, pricing, and provider information, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such.
This website and our virtual visits are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Appointments are scheduled, and virtual visits are conducted, through our patient portal. Use of the patient portal may be subject to additional terms and consents presented to you at the time of registration or scheduling. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for being available, with a reliable internet connection, at the time of your scheduled visit.
CASS Primary Care currently operates on a self-pay basis. Pricing for visit types is listed on our Pricing page and is collected securely through the patient portal at the time of scheduling. Pricing is subject to change; fees for additional services (such as labs, imaging, or prescriptions) are billed separately by the providing pharmacy, lab, or facility.
While we are committed to providing attentive, high-quality care, we do not guarantee any specific medical outcome or result from use of our services. Care is provided based on the clinical judgment of your provider and the information available at the time of your visit.
The text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of CASS Primary Care, LLC, unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CASS Primary Care, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or inability to access it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how your health information is used and protected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
